[packagers] galeon mozilla/seamonkey conflict

I know this was brought up on the CentOS mailing list, but have any
decisions been made regarding galeon and mozilla/seamonkey? Will galeon just
be rebuilt against seamonkey, or will the spec file be modified to not be
tied to a specific mozilla/seamonkey version as it is now?
