I already have 0.9.4 updated in FC4 Extras, and the latest pre-release in
FC5 Extras since it is required for PHP 5.1 compatibility.
For RHEL and FC <= 4, sticking with 0.9.4 is best for now, so I'll copy
over my current spec from Extras.
