[packagers] openexr-1.3.0-1: small buglet, pkgconfig patch

found a small buglet installing openexr-devel-1.3.0-1.el4.rf:
...
warning: group dag does not exist - using root
...

looks like devel subpkg is missing
%defattr(-,root,root)

Also, attached are a couple of small patches from Fedora Extras 
packaging (against 1.4.0a) to
1.  fix undefined symbols (libpthread) in some of openexr's shared libs. 
  (not upstreamed yet, there should be a better way of fixing this)
2.  Use Libs.private in OpenEXR.pc for non-OpenEXR libs (sent upstream)
(any other suggestions welcome, I'm the FE OpenEXR maintainer)

Since openexr-1.3.0 was (supposedly) a development release, any plans on 
upgrading to (stable) openexr-1.4.x?  It is source compatible, but 
ABI-incompatible (with soname bump).
