That doesn't answer my question. Can you give me a short procedure what I 
can do on my system to demonstrate the problem you are having ? Just to 
verify if this is a problem with your system or with the package.

A short procedure could be something like: download the latest putty.exe 
and then run them with 'wine putty.exe'.
