[packagers] Kannel build fails on el5 - patch attached

Hi Dag,

According to the rpmforge buildlogs the kannel builds for el5 fail due
to an unresolved dependency on
  sqlite2-devel

error: Failed build dependencies:
	sqlite2-devel is needed by kannel-1.4.1-2.el5.rf.i386

The problem lies in the fact that el5 comes with sqlite3 (as does
CentOS4)
Find attached a patch against the 1.4.1-2 spec file that fixes the
problem for EL5 and CentOS5 at least.

I've posted this patch several times but nobody seems seemed to care (or
at least reply).
Can you please pick it up, implement the fix and rebuild?
