[packagers] Kannel build fails on el5 - patch attached

According to the rpmforge buildlogs the kannel builds for el5 fail due
to an unresolved dependency on
  sqlite2-devel

error: Failed build dependencies:
	sqlite2-devel is needed by kannel-1.4.1-2.el5.rf.i386

The problem lies in the fact that el5 comes with sqlite3 (as does
CentOS4)
Find attached a patch against the 1.4.1-2 spec file that should fix the
problem for EL5 at least.
