I am, if that matters. :)  We've both been attacking this slowly, and 
for your efforts, I applaud you.

I never intended to imply this to be something all on your shoulders, so 
let me try to be more clear: There is no room for finger pointing or 
blame, only a common goal and a shared burden.  We all want the best for 
our users.

Absolutely reasonable, thanks, and I pledge the same commitment likewise.

What I'd like to hope/wish for, simply, is that users be able to start 
with the assumption that EPEL/rpmforge is compatible.  And, gasp, in the 
event of any problems/incompatibilities being identified, work it out 
and fix things.  That's all.
