[packagers] RPMforge status update

Hi all,

Here is a small status update about RPMforge's progress. In the advent of 
rpmrepo we are reorganising RPMforge a bit.

At FOSDEM we concluded that the most important thing holding us back was 
the fact that we relied on a single server to upload our RPM packages that 
was not sized to generate metadata, nor process the packages.

We have now moved to a new server that improves the workflow and this 
allows us to add Fabian Arrotin as a packager for EL5/ppc and EL4/ppc.
We are now reorganising the tree a little bit without impacting existing 
users and as soon as this is finished HEAnet will be redirected to the new 
location.

This will also allow us to have more mirrors syncing from this new server 
and removes our dependency on HEAnet (mitigating the problems we have had 
last year, the previous month and this week).

So nothing really changes except that everything should work better :) And 
we will soon be offering EL5/ppc and EL4/ppc packages. If other 
architectures or distributions are required and you are willing to help 
out, let us know.

Here is a list of all the present and past distributions/archs RPMforge is 
building for. In total 21 different distributions/archs are supported. 10 
distributions/archs are offered but no longer supported. For 10 
distributions we are offering an alternative non-authotiative repository.
