What we really should do is generate the mirrorlist dynamicly based on the
correctness of the mirror (up ? in sync ? nearby ?) and continuously
monitor the state.
And also make it rrdns in different locations around the world.

Right, but HEAnet is all we got. The other mirros may be more stable, but
are updated less frequent and cannot handle the load.

Right, we should do something like that. And also manage our mirrors
better. I have added a list of mirrors on the wiki.
But remember that the mirrorlist is not just one file. It is a file for
each distribution, so we have at least 10 different mirrorlist files
currently. An automatic mechanism would be better.
