[suggest] cacti and cacti-spine 0.8.7a

Yeah that's plausible I guess f.e:

cacti-0.8.7a-1.el5.rf.noarch.rpm
cacti-spine-0.8.7-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm

and maybe:

cacti-pluginarch-1.4-1.el4.rf.noarch.rpm

which has a dependency on the above cacti RPM and:

cacti-plugin-settings-0.3-1.el4.rf.noarch.rpm
cacti-plugin-thold-0.3.9-1.el4.rf.noarch.rpm
etc

which have dependencies on the cacti-pluginarch to install them.

If this sounds better, what do Dag/Dries/other packagers require me to do to
make it happen? 

I've RPM packaged various packages for myself before (and for other projects)
but never for rpmforge.
