[suggest] Clamav should not require a specific clamav-db version

You are completely correct in analysis and solution. Thanks for making it 
simple to agree :-)

And thanks for the feedback. It will be different the next clamav release 
as I do not see the need to create new patches for only this change. Let 
me know if you have a different opinion on this.
