[suggest] iptraf for el5

Shouldn't that be in el5/centos5? I know it is in CentOS5:

| [root at centos CentOS]# ls iptra*
| iptraf-3.0.0-5.el5.i386.rpm
| [root at centos CentOS]# pwd
| /data/centos/5/os/i386/CentOS
