[suggest] Add perl-MooseX-AttributeHelpers

Hello,

I'm new to the RedHat/RPM/RPMForge scene but thanks to the direction of
collages, I'm here.  Your site suggests that perl modules are easily added
so hopefully me requesting MooseX::AttributeHelpers to be added to the mix
is not an issue.  I'm aware that it would also require some other modules to
be updated but when I sandbox installed all that is needed from cpan I did
not have issues using it.
