[suggest] updated pound package

Hi there...

I was missing an initscript and a default config for the pound (reverse 
proxy/load-balancer/ssl-terminator) package.

I have created an updated version of the package which, besides the 
latest version of the software, includes the initscript and a default 
config.

src.rpm and spec files are located at:
