Seems strange. I do not understand why it would want to subscribe to a 
channel at night and not during the day. In fact, you should use different 
systemid files so that mrepo/rhnget doesn't need to subscribe to channels 
everytime around.

Did you use the same command-line syntax (mrepo -q -ug) during the day ?
