That was no effort at all.

I packaged fuse-iso in RPMforge as well. Together with dkms, dkms-fuse and 
fuse you can have easy access to fuseiso on any RHEL3 (?), RHEL4 and RHEL5 
system.

The reason why fuse does not depend on dkms-fuse, is because there are 
many ways one can have the fuse kernel module (custom kernel, centosplus 
kernel, kmod package, kernel-module package, dkms, custom module build).

Since there is no dependency-namespace for kernel-modules and that would 
only be half of the equation, having no dependency at all is the most 
liberal solution. If we can have a better dependency-chain that works 
cross-repository (eg. namespace for kernel modules) I'm willing to add a 
proper dependencies.

Adding them now would make any later standard incompatible and just adds 
complexity.
