[tools] RPMForge, Dag and Dries with Fedora 7

Greetings,

I am trying to add the F7 repositories to my mrepo configuration. So far
so good.

As I understand it in the old days, Dag and Dries repositories were
separate. Beginning with FC6 Dag and Dries merged to form RPMForge.

I have found the following URL
rsync://ftp.belnet.be/packages/dries.ulyssis.org/fedora/fc7/i386/RPMS.dries/
with rpms with the "rf" tag. Is this the correct URL?

Is rsync still a good protocol for downloading the rpms?
