[tools] mrepo and rhel5

Hello,

I downloaded yesterday the mrepo svn and saw that it still tries to download
all packages for RHEL5 distribution and not just the updated one. Am I doing
something wrong?

Anyway I patched rhnget and mrepo in a way that it checks for the existance of
the package in a local directory (I called it ospath) and does not download the
package if it exists there with the right size.

Are you interested in the patch?
