[tools] mrepo source rpm support

When do you think will mrepo support downloading/mirroring source rpms?

Great piece of software, by the way!  I think it will prove very handy
for our company.

mrepo logs this to a file /var/log/mrepo and it has the functionality to
mail it to you (or other people) if you like.
