[tools] CentOS 4.4 to 4.5 using mrepo and ISOs

Hi all,

just a note for all CentOS mrepo users who use iso images for os repo

4.5 is out and to update you will need to download new iso's.

IMPORTANT: do not forget to unmount 4.4 iso's before deleting them.
