[tools] Client Red Hat EL 5 does not work

Hello again guys,
        
Now I've compiled the SVN version and making one RH EL5 repository.
        
But the client just ignore my "/etc/yum.repos.d/tcruz.repo" and still: 
Loading "rhnplugin" plugin
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
        
How can I disable this and let only the my, or let my repository with
best priority? :-)
        
I'm using Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga) as client.
