[tools] Hanging when mirroring rpmforge

A lot has changes, but nothing that could cause this. HEAnet went down and 
is back up, but in essence it is HTTP so it should not matter.

Best is to use rsync for mirroring though. We will announce when the new 
infrastructure is ready and then you can try HTTP on a new location.
