[tools] dstat abbreviations

Thanks for your excellent dstat tool.

I would like to suggest a clarification in the documentation as to
exactly what the abbreviations mean:

B = byte is clear, but these are ambiguous:

k = kilobyte = 1000 or 1024 bytes ?
m = megabyte = 1000^2 (1000000) or 1024^2 (1048576) bytes ?

etc..

Is the network speed given in bytes or bits.  Normally NIC speed is
given in bits, for example:

   10 megabit per sec (10 * 10^6 bits)
   100 megabit per sec (100 * 10^6 bits)
   1 gigabit per sec (10^9 bits)
