[tools] [mrepo] Set ownership of downloaded and generatet files

hi all,
is there a posibility to set the ownership of the files witch are download
and generated by mrepo? I need this for replikation via rsync over ssh
without a root user. if this is not possible it would be nice if this could
be implemented on the next release.
Background: I need this feature at a customer witch have strong security
rules. And in implementation within mrepo would be better then a
work-a-round with scripts.

Also a nice feature would be pre- and post-update commands.
