[tools] Equivalent of /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources in RHEL21AS?

Thanks Brett. I was hoping to avoid having to install an extra package  
(I wanted just to use up2date), but I will install yum and build yum  
metadata for that platform. Thanks!
