[tools] combining updates directories

How would I combine updates directory's?

Let's say I have an rhn repo lin in a Distribution repository and as most of
you know there is not much difference between RHEL 4 ES and AS except for a
few RPM's. How can I download RPM's for both distros but put them in one
location and repository?
