[tools] mrepo 0.8.5 issue - "rhnget: cannot import name xmlrpclib"

This wasn't working on CentOS 4.7 either, although strangely it did work
on RedHat 4.7.  Some experimentation showed it worked if I moved aside
the rhn and up2date_client code supplied with mrepo.  Some further work
resulted in the attached patch, which makes this work for me on my
CentOS 4.7 system, and I suspect it will help with a CentOS 5 system. 
Actually, the mystery to me right now is why did it work on RedHat 4.7
without this patch?  But I don't have time to sate my curiosity right now.
