[tools] Only want 32bit packages or 64 bit packages and not both

John,

  The 64bit installations have 32 bit code in them and they are
dependacies in some of the 64 bit applications.....hence the reason
there are both 32bit and 64 bit packages in the x86_64 repo....if you
only want 32 bit packages then change the arch in your configuration
file to only get i386.
