[users] Plan to drop FC1, FC2 and FC3

Hi guys,

I plan to drop FC1, FC2 and FC3 this christmas. (Dries is doing the more 
recent Fedora releases)

Fedora Core is a fast moving distribution and Fedora Legacy's recent 
announcement only stresses that if you plan to stick with a certain Fedora 
release for too long, you're on your own.

On one hand, it is not that much work for me to keep on building those 
packages. But I could make use of the saved resources (diskspace, 
metadata creation, maintenance) and the extra time.

Please consider upgrading to a recent Fedora or RHEL/CentOS.
