[users] gringotts-1.2.8-1.1.el3.dag crashing on CentOS 3.8

This is rather odd.

If I simply run "gringotts" it instantly exits with a segmentation
fault, leaving no core file (which is probably intentional to prevent
postmortem recovery of protected data).

If I run "strace gringotts" or "gdb gringotts" it appears to work
fine.  The window comes up, and I can poke around in the options
dialogs, etc.

Anyone seen anything similar?
