[users] el5 package for pcsc-lite-acr38u

I've watched the buildlogs for the pcsc-lite-acr38u packages and it
seems it doesn't compile for/on el5 because of a higher version than the
one available in el5 (I know you packaged pcsc-lite 1.3.3 for el4
because it was not included)
Is it possible to change the following things in the spec :

BuildRequires: pcsc-lite-devel >= 1.3.1
Requires: pcsc-lite >= 1.3.1

I've tested here and it compiles/works ok ...
