[users] FIX: Wrong libflashplayer.so packaged in flash-plugin-9.0.31-1

After some serious confusion as to why a particular flash movie would
not play in firefox, I discovered that the RPMforge package of
flash-plugin-9.0.31 still contains the 7.0.69 libflashplugin.so.

I extracted the libflashplugin.so from the RPM on the Adobe site and
copied it over the top of the one installed by the RPMforge package,
and now I really truly do have 9.0.31.
