First of all, the flash-plugin-9.0.31-1 is not a package from RPMforge.
And secondly, this is what is in my packages (eg. for EL5):
[root at lisse flash-plugin]# rpm -qplv flash-plugin-7.0.69-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm | grep .so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 2154768 Mar 7 20:47 /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
[root at lisse flash-plugin]# rpm -qplv flash-plugin-9.0.31.0-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm | grep .so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 7029784 Mar 7 20:47 /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so
Can you verify this what you see on your system ?
Kind regards,
