[users] No text/fonts in wine apps

No, lacking tetex-fonts would be a weird cause :)

Then I have no clue what it could be. Mine is a clean CentOS 5 with the 
latest wine. Just running Wine File simply works. At work on RHEL5, no 
problem either.
