[users] No text/fonts in wine apps

Good thought but not I don't think so. The text is missing in the menus as 
well as the body of all windows. The text was also missing completely in the 
dialog boxes, which use fixed BG color (gray I believe).

To give you a view of what I see on these screens I have uploaded two small 
snapshots of wine applications to http://www.arkwolf.com/WineDebug/ . 

As I have successfully transplanted my Fedora Core .wine directory onto this 
machine for the user I was concerned with, I have a file containing the 
full .wine directory which exhibits this issue. I put it on the webserver 
should anyone like to download it to poke around. (Should you see the name 
ubuntu as the machine name in there, it appears to be coming from my DHCP 
server which has associated that name with my MAC and won't let is go.)
