[users] lzo2 package calling for executable stack

What command is used to rebuild the package for Centos 5? There was a 
discussion about repotags on the Centos list and I haven't seen how those 
get generated. For my own packages, I just "rpmbuild -ba foo.spec". I don't 
see a "%{?repotag}" in lzo2.spec's Release directive so I don't see how 
this gets jammed in.
