[users] repost: mod_mono CentOS5 rpm

Hi,

Looks like the mod_mono package does not build on EL5/CentOS5 because of
a failed build dependency
  error: Failed build dependencies:
  	xsp is needed by mod_mono-0.7-0.el5.rf.i386

5.rf.i386.log.gz

Seems that the last successful build of xsp was for Fedora Core 3 in
late 2004.
