I don't know a lot about creating SPEC files. I have only rebuilt rpms
and I know a bit of the theory of packaging, but I have virtually no
experience with it. BackupPC has an interactive installer, I believe
that complicates things a bit?
I also believe someone maintains a package for SME Server, which is
based on CentOS, so maybe his SPEC file can be as the basis for the
distributions supported by RPMforge? The SME version is available
here: http://sme.firewall-services.com/backuppc/ It has an added GUI
for SME server though, so that might have to be removed for an

Could anyone with more RPM knowledge than me check this out?
