[users] perl-SQL-Translator has a broken "Requires perl(:)"

	The perl-SQL-Translator RPM throws this error when you try to
install it:

dependencies: perl(:) is needed by
perl-SQL-Translator-0.08001-1.el5.rf.noarch

	When I built a local package of SQL::Translator I had the same
problem. It's some weirdness with the rpm perl thing, or something.
