[users] php-pear geoip available?

Hi,

Doing a brief tour among the lists I could not find a package for PHP PEAR 
Net GEOIP. Did someone allready built one?

If not I might hijack bits and pieces an try to pull togeter a package 
that might run on Centos 4. (Just would not like to double efforts here.)
