[users] XEPHEM 3.7.2 for FC6 - ASTRONOMY PACKAGE

I've finally been able to get a working SRPM/RPM for this package and  
would like to have it considered for inclusion on either FRESHRPMS or  
RPMFORGE.  Where would I send it?  It would be nice to have it on the  
repository so folks wouldn't have to search through the internet to  
find a working copy.  The software isn't GNU, but is free for personal  
or educational use.
