[users] FC1, FC2 and FC3 no longer supported

I forgot to mention that in special cases I may still be releasing 
packages for FC1, FC2 and FC3.

Special cases may include:

 + Improve the dependencies within the repository

 + Fix broken packages as distributed now

 + Improve the migration process away from these distributions

If you require something for FC1, FC2 and FC3 that fits in this scheme, 
let me know and we can work something out.
