[users] Mail from list detected as Spam

Hi,
just a note, I received emails from this mailling list and my SpamAssassin
installation detected it as Spam.
The email has high score in the BotNet plugin:

Here is some debug info:
Header problem:

Received: from pooch.vmhosting.org (213-193-131-241.adsl.easynet.be [213.193.131.241])
The problem is that the email is sended from an DUL IP address, 
an ADSL IP in this case.
