[users] Conflicting files in packages & missing source

When trying to install perl-Mail-SPF-2.004-1.el5.rf and 
perl-Mail-SPF-Query-1.999.1-1.2.el5.rf, I get the following error:

Transaction Check Error:   file /usr/bin/spfquery conflicts between 
attempted in
stalls of perl-Mail-SPF-2.004-1.el5.rf and 
perl-Mail-SPF-Query-1.999.1-1.2.el5.r
f
  file /usr/share/man/man1/spfquery.1.gz conflicts between attempted 
installs of
 perl-Mail-SPF-2.004-1.el5.rf and perl-Mail-SPF-Query-1.999.1-1.2.el5.rf

These two packages are both required by the latest spamassassin.  The 
conflict also exists for the el4 packages.

Also there doesn't appear to be a srpm for the following package 
perl-File-MMagic-1.27-1.el5.rf.noarch.rpm.
