[users] RHEL4 dependency problem: msort vs. libuninum

I don't recall whether I mentioned this before; it's been happening
for a while now.

I think the msort package needs to be rebuilt, possibly with a
less-specific dependency on libuninum in the spec file.

# rpm -q msort
msort-8.36.1-1.el4.rf

# yum check-update

libuninum.i386                           2.1-1.el4.rf           rpmforge

# yum update
