[users] MailScanner request

Hi,

The MailScanner software (http://www.mailscanner.info/downloads.html) is 
not yet on rpmforge.

There are allready source packages present in the download pack. To the 
best of my knowledge only mailscanner and perl-Filesys-Df need to be 
added. (Those were the only ones I could not get from Centos or rpmforge.)
