Hey Mark,
There is indeed such a program, called mozplugger:
http://mozplugger.mozdev.org/ For now, there doesn't seem to be an
RPMForge build of this package, and the RPM build on the maintainer's
site is quite outdated. At this point it may be best for you to just
build it from source.
