[users] DBD::mysql is broken in RHEL4

	I just updated my RHEL4 machine and all of my MySQL apps
stopped working. (They're all Perl.) Investigating, I discovered:

	/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so: undefined symbol: DBIc_TRACE_LEVEL

	That almost certainly means that DBD::mysql was compiled
against the wrong version of MySQL.
