[users] DBD::mysql is broken in RHEL4

Could it be caused by the perl update ? You said it worked before, and
neither perl-DBI and perl-DBD-mysql have been changed recently.

Please do rpm -qa --last and look for any of these 4 packages being
installed/updated recently. Maybe there was incompatible mysql update ? Or
an incompatible perl update ?
