[users] Can't install Audacious 1.3.2-2: missing dependency

I finally managed to build Audacious 1.4.0 with plugins from source, but
my packaging knowledge is still fairly limited. Anyway, if I can lend
some help to someone with packaging/building/testing this please let me
know.
